I always feel great after doing her workouts and I feel her energy pushes me to work harder!
She helped me recover from a torn calf muscle an push through to then run a marathon as planned! Not only this but she then helped me gain full strength back in that calf and correct my posture again for all exercises - her fitness programmes have kept me very fit and they're always perfectly tailored to my abilities which is amazing!
I feel she is relatable and her experience is so insightful which makes me feel more confident and determined to push myself for greater achievements!
I'd not be as happy, confident or achieved as much as I have without Laura and her bubbly personality so I'd highly recommend Nutter Fitness!

I have known Laura for over 6 years now and her enthusiasm for fitness is second to none. However, I didn't really take my fitness seriously until about a year ago and managed to lose weight and get the fittest I'd ever been with Laura's knowledge, guidance and expertise. I have attended multiple PT and workout sessions with Laura which have always been fun and purposeful. What shines through is her bubbly personality which complements the hard work she puts into every exercise session. I can honestly say without her help I wouldn't have been able to achieve my fitness goals.

I've been training with Laura for over three and a half years now and have made some massive gains in that time. I have got fitter, stronger and have really reduced my stress levels. Laura keeps our sessions varied which keeps them interesting and she has a great knack of getting me to push myself hard whilst keeping the sessions fun and lighthearted.
One of the highlight of the training has been Laura helping to rehabilitate an old and reoccurring shoulder injury which had held me back for many years previously.
For me one of the key benefits of having a trainer is having a regular diary commitment that I feel I have to honour. I live a busy lifestyle and I find it all to easy to skip my exercise regime with the smallest excuse. Having sessions booked means I have managed to keep it up long term.
If you are thinking of getting a personal trainer I’d highly recommend Laura. I couldn’t see myself training with anyone else.
